After providing legal advice to important companies for several years in an internationally renowned North American multinational, David Devesa Rodríguez founded Devesa in February 2007. The firm’s CEO, he is also an expert in corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

In addition, David Devesa possesses significant experience in legal advice and negotiation in the purchase of businesses as a going concern operating in different economic sectors as well as designing and implementing family business protocols to prevent conflicts in these types of organizations.
