Anton Kosilov

Anton Kosilov Semik focuses his practice on M&A transactions, advising on acquisitions and disposals of companies, mergers, spin-offs, and restructurings, having specialized in resolving complex legal issues in the corporate field. He coordinates Due Diligence processes, leads the negotiation and drafting of contractual documentation, and supports clients throughout all stages of the transaction until closing, addressing acquisition structures, shareholders’ agreements, internal reorganizations, and related financing transactions. He also advises on real estate law matters, as well as intellectual and industrial property.

He also has experience advising SOCIMIs and in capital markets matters, having participated in various processes of admission to trading on the multilateral trading facilities of BME, Euronext, and Portfolio.

He conducts his professional activity in Spanish, Russian, and English.
