Javier Belmonte
Senior Associate
Javier is a Senior Associate in Devesa’s Corporate Department. He joined the Devesa team in 2023, after having been part of the international law firm CMS for seven years.
He specializes in providing corporate and contractual legal advice to local and international companies, focusing his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructurings, corporate governance, and corporate law matters.
Throughout his career, Javier has completed various secondments at well-known national and multinational companies across different sectors, including hospitality, wholesale distribution of cosmetics, and real estate consultancy. This has enabled him to gain additional insight into the day-to-day needs and concerns faced by clients.
