Juan Antonio Botella Cuvertoret

Juan Antonio Botella joined Devesa in January 2022, where he was appointed partner of the firm’s Commercial Law Department.

His main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings and investment and alternative financing agreements in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Family Office and Investment Funds sectors. He also specialises in counselling companies on their incorporation into multilateral trading systems (such as BME Growth or Euronext, among others), as well as on the incorporation of SOCIMIS or other investment vehicles.

During his previous professional career at Garrigues, where he worked for more than 12 years in the firm’s Corporate Law Department, Juan Antonio Botella also advised many family businesses, achieving a high degree of specialisation in matters such as corporate law, corporate dispute resolution, succession planning in family companies, real estate investments and inheritance.
